Faulty hardware
As soon as i received it and turned it on, it started telling me that theres a damaged fan and also something regarding windows security has failed. The return policy doesn't allow you to return it after you’ve opened the it out of the box. So now i have a faulty computer sitting on my desk.

Incorrect mouse and keyboard
I got mouse and keyboard from different brand and its very bad quality. In the pictures, its clearly showing that its HP brand. The buyer should mentioned that in the product description. Really upset!!

Great purchase! The description didn’t give justice. My son loved his PC… its touchscreen and all. Great buy and fast delivery. Looks and works really good. Just had to plug it in and that was it.

I bought this to replace my Acer AIO that the hard drive crashed. I use this mainly for photo processing ( Adobe PS/Lightroom/etc) Not as fast as a pc w/dedicated graphics card, but it works well enoigh for what I need. Screen display is fantastic.
