Heagstat h725. is the swing plus or minus the set temp? for heating example: set temp 70. swing +/-1. heatpump doesn't shut off till reaches 71.

Every one I checked out has the plus or minus swing. I've had this on for both cool and heat and it hits the preset temp most of the time
