Rema F0-P, 16mm Round Patches, Box of 100 by Rema

I ride my bike between 20 and 30 miles every week day to commute to work and train on the weekends for triathlons. I get get a lot flats, both pinch flats from hitting potholes and punctures from glass or nails or screws (!) on the road. I've tried bulk patches from various vendors but these are the only ones that are properly vulcanized and will stick to the rubber cement when I patch them. Moreover, the 16mm size is perfect for my road bike sized tires. A lot of the bulk patch sets available on Amazon are HUGE, more appropriate for cruiser, cyclocross, or mountain bike tires. These are the perfect size for a thin tire like a 23 (my racing bike) or a 25 (my commuting bike). The price might seem a little steep but do the math. There are a hundred patches. At $20 that ends up being twenty cents a patch. It's a good deal. Nay, it's a great deal, especially since it's a great product.

The patches work very well especially for 700x23 tubes. Disappointed in the Seller, someone had removed two patches from the box and the shipping costs are out of line for the small package. Will source elsewhere.

Rema Tip-Top patches are classic and the best permanent patches ever made. The only time they don't work is hen they are not applied correctly. But they are permanent and they come in different sizes so they can cover different tube sizes and punctures. I ride a lot and have numerous flats over time and I always carry several of these patches and Rema Tip-Top vulcanizing fluid with my tool set.

Rema has been the standard of the industry for decades. These are simply reliable. It’s a lot of patches. I patch all my tubes as needed. I recommend storing the patches in a ziplock bag with the air squeezed out to keep the adhesive fresh.

I use around 2-3 of these a month to patch thorn holes across our 5 bikes and have not had a failure when done properly. Many of our tubes have multiple patches on them and I see no need to toss them as long as they can be repaired.
