These taste pretty good for iron gummies and are not sticky like some iron gummies. I would recommend them! There is a bit of an iron taste but I think that's impossible to fully avoid with iron gummies.

If you’re looking for a good iron gummy this is the one for you. It absolutely does have an iron aftertaste. I make sure I take mine with food. I just figure the aftertaste lets you know they do actually have iron in them. I’ve gained a good amount of energy from these and they have helped my B vitamin deficiency. Easy to chew and swallow. Will be buying these every month.

These work!!! I was always so tired and drained before I started taking these. The taste and aftertaste of these are not the best though.

Yup, they've got iron in 'em all right. The aftertaste is super rusty! But, I only take 1 at a time and I take it with food, so I'm able to bear it. Overall this supplement has quite a good nutritional profile and should be effective. UPDATE: I'm down near the end of the bottle now. I definitely think these gummies have been good. I take them with my multivitamin at breakfast, and have had good consistent energy levels through the day. Of course it's hard to ascribe this effect to any one supplement, but this particular success is one I have found while taking this supplement, so I'm likely to continue. The taste of these is easily acquired, too - doesn't bother me at all anymore.

I have such a hard time with taking iron supplements and I NEED to take them cus I have an iron deficiency. But every pill and chew I’ve tried tastes like pennys and makes me gag. Or it makes me super nauseous and vomit. But I finally found a supplement that I buy every month!! I’ve been taking these chews for about a year now! I will say every once in a while for some reason, I will get that metallic taste. But it’s tolerable compared to the other stuff. I also really appreciate they don’t use gelatin!! Awesome brand!!

While the ingredient list checks the right boxes on paper—vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free—the actual experience was disappointing. The grape flavor is overly artificial and has a metallic aftertaste that’s hard to ignore, which is especially noticeable for something meant to be chewed. Texture-wise, the gummies are overly sticky and tend to cling to the teeth, making them unpleasant to take consistently. More concerning was how my body reacted. Even at the recommended serving, these caused noticeable stomach discomfort, which defeats the purpose of choosing gummies as a supposedly easier-to-tolerate option. I also didn’t notice any improvement in my energy or overall well-being during use. Overall, these fall short in both taste and tolerability. If you’re sensitive to iron supplements or looking for a smooth, easy daily option, this version falls short and isn’t something I’d choose again.
