Evidently, they’re saying they sent me a replacement battery. I didn’t need a replacement battery. This is a good product.

It has only 28Ah instead of 30Ah. Seems like not much, but it is 7% less. I've tried with 3 different battery testers and monitors. Discharge show only 28AH, then charge show same 28AH. tried each devise 2 times, meaning ran 6 tests. All of them show 28Ah. Tried to contact the manufacturer. Left 3 messages. I's been 2 weeks already. No response. Update: Apparently the best way to contact them was via email on their website. They explained what i should do and took great care of me. Definitely recommend!!!

This is the second of these batteries I have purchased. They work great, and I have had no issues with the my first one. I like that they are lightweight and small, and are much easier to tote around for portable ham radio use than AGM batteries. However, it would have been nice if they had included terminal screws. Now I can't use the battery without a trip to the hardware store to fine some weird metric size ones. Minus one star for that.

Came nicely packaged, battery at 38%SOC. All cells were the same voltage. Installed in my camper, currently charging by solar. BT app works good, connects quickly and easy to operate. The only thing missing from the app is ah supplied during the day. It only gives current ah input. The campers BT charge controller shows cumulative ah added today, yesterday and over the last week. Will update as the battery gets used. Appears to be a great power update over the sla batteries and a big weight savings. Could not find a battery box for it though, as it's dimensions are too big. Nothing in the supplied instructions says it can be in the open battery rack, subject to moisture. Covered with a plastic bag until a solution can be found.

This is an excellent battery for my emergency backup solar system. I’m only powering essential Internet, WiFi devices and NVR camera system. I have two of them in series for my 24v inverter solar charger. It’s solidly built and you have access to the inside. No issues with connections or wire management. You can even make a repair on something inside if needed. I’m anticipating many years of service with this battery.

Unpacked put on a 5 amp charger and was full charge in one day.excellent in all respects
