These are affordable, high quality and give good support. They are the correct thickness and size to fit into an existing shoe without having to remove anything from the shoe. Along, with a good shoe, these work well. They also come with a pamphlet of suggested exercises to help those who suffer from Plantar F. I have had less pain and recommend the exercises they suggest as well--what a great addition!

This has been a game changer for me. I started experiencing severe heel issues a few months ago after a minor injury. Each day my heel would hurt more and more by the end of the day. Wife talked me into trying these and its only been 2 weeks but everything has basically been fixed now. Not only pain at end of day from walking in my shoes, but I was also waking up with a sore heel in one of my feet. Even after a night of sleep it wasn't healing due to having to walk again each day and re aggravating the injury. Im now 2 weeks in (using this product) and I no longer feel heel pain at end of the day. Also, I am waking up pain free because im not aggravating this injury during the days. I use these in my converse. It definitely improved the pain I'm feeling every day, but I'm still on the search for the holy grail. Im jist grateful it only costs 6.99

I started having some heel pain after walking/standing for more than a few hours and decided to try these. I ordered 1 pair and they have been amazing. I would say the pain stopped after wearing these for only an hour or so and now I wear them all day and have not had any more foot/heel pain. I’m not going to say it cures the issue, but being pain free at the end of the day is a game changer. I’m getting ready to go on a trip that will involve a lot of walking, so was almost dreading that, but not anymore.

My heel was hurting bad for months I tried all the Dr Schols none of them did anything first day I wore these big difference i will buy a few more for my other shoes

It’s ok, it helps a bit with my heel spur, but not even close to the comfort and support I get with the ones made by Dr. Scholls, which are just a bit more expensive, but definitely worth it. I have already tried several brands, even the really expensive ones, I’ll stick to Dr. Scholls.

These inserts are amazing! I get really bad foot pains when I first get up in the morning and if I've been sitting still with my feet up, especially after a long day. I'm a nurse and I'm on my feet a lot, plus I've put on quite a bit of weifht in the last few years, so my feet were really suffering from it. I haven't tried the inseeta in my sneakers, but I do use them in inexpensive flats to make them comfortable. Most "comfortable" shoes aren't very fashionable, and I wear a women's size 12, so cute & comfortable arw almost an impossible combination to find in my size. I bought the men's size inserts because of my big feet. I have tried lots of other brands and styles, and this is the first thing that actually helped. There are frequently days where I don't even notice the pain anymore and I've been able to stop taking ibuprofen daily for the pain. Honestly, with these in my $20 payless flats, they're the most comfortable shoes I own, even compared to multiple brands and styles of sneakers, very expensive Arcopedico flats, and Danskos which many people swear are the best shoes for someone in my profession. I still wear sneakers to work, but any other time I wear my shoes with these in them. Just one pointer: Don't plan to use one set of inserts in multiple pairs of shoes. The inserts come with a sticky dot for each to keep them in the right place in the back of your shoe. If you don't use the stickers, then the inserts tend to move around too much, and if you try to unstick them from one shoe to use in another it won't be sticky anymore and sometimes damages the insole because its stuck on so well and peels off the writing in the insole. Great product!

After reading the reviews on profoot I ordered it hoping for the best. I'm so happy I did. The pain relief it gives is great! My first impression was it was too firm but actually it is perfect for all day comfort. These will be in my work shoes from now on. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis or general heel pain these will definitely help. Money well spent.

Recently visited Manhattan from Australia. Bought a number of product and walking shoes specially for my Plantar Fasciitis. This was the only one that worked. I used a pain cream initially with them but stopped when the problem settled. I bought 2 pair then and just bought 2 more pair shipping to Sydney. Marvellous walking my 10k steps a day easily.
