Indeed, a 100% product...I bought another overpriced product, discovered it is just water with may be 10% juice, then, tried this one. Very thick contents and for sure, it is 100% juice. A little pricy, but, worth it.

I take 2 Tbsp at bedtime and it seems to help me sleep.

It’s very tasty and I mix it with a little bit of sugar-free apple juice. I don’t know if it’s gonna help me sleep or not because I just started it for a couple of days. But it is a quality juice.
