Alright so I was in need of a new ice-cream scoop and this one was perfect. I had previous ones with a plastic handle and it would bend whenever I used it. This being a single piece of stainless steel makes it stronger against those hard as rock ice cream. It also holds heat well when dipped in warm water to make it easier to cut through the ice cream. The package was slightly crushed but that was due to USPS handling the item, but the product was unharmed. Shipping was fast and simple. Seller communication is amazing and always try to help out if something went wrong with the item. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new scoop not just for ice cream.

I don't understand why the box had to be so massively crushed but thankfully the ice cream scooper was in good condition (I personally have an eye for packaging so this bothered me a lot). It does what it's supposed to do. It's an ice cream scooper. Like the ones you see at an ice cream shop. Good job.

It scoops the ice cream really well , but i dont like the fact that its not one piece , also dont like the fact im no supposed to wash in the dishwasher.But overall its pretty nice.

Loved this scoop the very first time I used it. After washing it, (not in the dishwasher) it turned a darker silver color and when I went to scoop ice cream grey stuff came off into the ice cream. This can NOT be safe and it's quite scary. I tried to return it but by the time I requested a refund it was no longer an option! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, do not buy!
