The body wash is great for the body. I wouldn’t use it for the face. Personally, I would use their face wash for the face. I use CeraVe face wash which is really good and lasts a long while.

Is this product good to use?

This is a good product. Will purchase again.

Is it tear free and safe for toddlers?

I wouldn't try or use it on a baby or toddler unless you know for sure they have no allergies. As for tear free, it hurts when it gets in eye so no it's not. If it doesn't say on label then it's not and even then, I'd be skeptical.
