A simple fix that made a difference
I had been putting off changing the cabin air filter for a while. Eventually, I decided to do it after realizing it might be affecting the airflow in my vehicle. I ordered this filter and planned to swap it out over the weekend. When it arrived, the size matched my old one well. The pleated design looked solid and well-made. I appreciated that it came with clear guidance, which helped me feel confident during installation. Once installed, I turned on the air system to test it. The air seemed to move more freely through the vents. It felt like the system did not have to work as hard to push air into the cabin. On my daily commute, I noticed the inside of the car felt fresher. During traffic, especially when surrounded by other vehicles, I felt more comfortable knowing the filter was helping block outside particles. Highly Recommend!
I decided to purchase this and the air filter because it would have cost me over $100 for the two at the dealership. What I liked about these is the extra protection that other brands didn't have. Now the cabin filter was not easy to install due to the way the 2017 Nissan Rogue was designed as well as other year models. For this old grandma the hardest part was finding the opening to place the new filter. Its not easy to see unless you are double jointed. However, I did get the cabin and the engine filters in. The engine filter was a breeze. I love my Rogue and what the best for it. These filters are just that, the best!
