What are your fishing practices & sustainability certifications?

Our sardines are wild caught off the coast of Morocco during the fishing season June - October when the fish are at optimum quality. We're regulated by the Moroccan Ministry of Fisheries (the governing fishing authority). We're in the process of receiving MSC certification (Marine Stewardship Council)
