Are the skates pre sharpened.

These skates are pre-sharpened but during transportation and installation sometimes blades became not too sharp. You can use skates at once after purchase. But do not forget to sharpen them regularly.

Is this for beginners? I have learnt ice skating for 1.1 years. Could I do spins on this model?

The Artiste is designed for advanced beginners who are learning dpins and first jumps. It is more stable and has a larger toe pick than a basic skate, to accommodate advancing skills.
