Formula arrived all amassed on one side of the round cup, it was solid upon touching and not a cream as advertised, even the label was changed from the first ones of a year ago. It didn't apply easily and formed lumps that were hard to manipulate.

I saw improvement after only 6 days. Apply the cream after a shower twice a day. I really recommend this product for anyone experiencing the same issues I had. Will definitely order again.
