amPen Detachable Elastic Coil-Style Lanyard Replacement (10-Pack)

Works well but they are difficult to attach to my ipad. If you have any mobility issues it will keep you from dropping a stylus.

All of them are the same, absolutely no defects. Works okay on Kindle Fire. A bit long for my cell phone but I have a smaller type phone (LG OPTIMUS F3). Gave one to my dad who has the exact same phone as me but it's a model higher (the F6) which is a bit bigger and seems to be a more appropriate fit for his phone.Also tried it on the IPAD 2 & 4th gen. I would say there is a lot more stretch or tugging required; in fact, just won't use on them.BE WARNED this is a lobster clasp and does not attach unless there is the hole on stylus. Even with one's that have the hole, clasp is small and won't fit!!! I happen to have an abundance of pens and these only work on two of the models I own. Tried to attach to the ones with just the pocket clip also, again.. lots of different models but will not attach.If you can, read dimensions before. I'm not "good" in that area but again, own many different models so bought hoping they would fit.The absolute no fail happens to be the stylus pens that already have a string (or whatever they're called)! Looks terrible but works and has the benefit of the added length.Like the coil. Would recommend for phone use only... not long enough in my opinion for tablets unless you detach while using.

I lose styluses, possibly with help from my cats. I keep a colorful supply on hand. These lanyards are a perfect solution for someone who sets her Kindle down and forgets to reattach the stylus with its short cord, carries it somewhere else and forgets where it ended up. With the Detachable Elastic Coil-Style Lanyard Replacement I no longer have to worry about it. The design of the plug fits more securely into the headphone jack than other products I have tried. Therefore when using my Kindle away from home I no longer have to dig in the bottom of my bag for a stylus which has come loose. I have tried the long cords without the coil but they annoyingly get in the way of the screen. The coil on this model allows the user to work on the device without the interference of a cord falling across the screen. The only complaint I have is that the lobster-claw clasp is too small to attach to a stylus without a jump ring. I solved this by taking apart my old cords and using their rings. There is a small attachment cord included in the replacement pack which solves this problem; but knowing I would never use another cord, I chose to recycle the old rings creating a colorful supply of my newly adapted devices. Now that I have found the solution, I suspect many of my styluses will go unused. Anyone with a touchscreen device will love them.

I was very surprised when I checked the tracking progress on this item to find out it was already in my mailbox. The package arrived at least four days before it was due to arrive. It came with two instructions (one if your stylus has a metal ring at the top and one if it didn't). You had to take the thread, which was formed into a loop and thread it through the tiny, little hole at the top of the stylus. I had a friend do it as my eyesight isn't so good and the only way he could thread it through the small stylus opening was to take a needle and push it through the hole. Other than that, the rest of the instructions were easy to follow. I have to say that there will no longer be lost styluses.

These lanyards are extremely nice, the description says a 10 pack of the long lanyards, which I received plus a 10 pack of short lanyards for a total of 20. The short ones are about 2 1/2 inches long and have no jack plug on them, you can use them to make the long ones even longer, or remove the jack plug from a long one and put in on a short one to use by its self if you desire. I like the coiled elastic center part, easy to stretch out when you want and retracts nicely when you aren't using it. These have a nice metal clasp on one end that fits through the hole on the top of most nicer stylus, holds the lanyard secure, but also allows for easy removal if you desire.The amPen stylus come with a nice lanyard that is just a little shorter than these, and these lanyards will make a nice replacement for those. However I also have a pair of the Bargains Depot stylus that came with only one short lanyard between them, and these fit them nicely, I keep a stylus attached to all my touchscreen devices so I have one when I want it.

We lost a few styluses for all our devices, so I decided to pick up a pack of these. They work really nicely. My only issue was that the new pack of styluses I bought did not have a big enough hole in the top of them for the lobster clasp on these lanyards to attach.....that was my fault. I should've thought ahead. But needless to say, I was able to use them anyway and just used the circular clasp attached instead. It works fine. When I have to buy more styluses, I'll be sure to get the right ones......I also clipped 2 of these lanyards together so it was long enough to use on my new tablet I bought. Works perfectly. Our co-workers saw them and asked for one. They were so cheap at Amazon, I could've handed them all out and still had plenty for myself!

Great for what I needed. I was so tired of looking all over for my stylus even when I'd just used it! It's a little awkward using it to attach a stylus to my iPad but that's because of where the ear phone hole is located on the iPad (left - and I'm right-handed). I was about to send them back until I decided to actually read the directions! For those reviewers complaining that the lanyard doesn't fit, if your stylus doesn't have a metal circular ring already attached, you have to thread the connector string through the hole at the end of your stylus first, then attach the lanyard with the snap hook. READ THE DIRECTIONS! If you are trying to use these with a stylus that doesn't have a hole on the end, as some don't; then I'm afraid you're out of luck. The part that goes in the earphone jack is quite small and seems rather flimsy. I'm praying that it doesn't break away from the lanyard and get stuck inside my iPad!

Very useful product as it stops the stylus getting lost. Not particularly attractive to look at, but ok for the price.

Overall really good but clips are a bit fragile.
