All I can tell you is that they do work. Stick them down before soldering (I used superglue) because they are delicate and it's easy to tear the substrate. After wrecking one, I made a working strain gauge with 2 sensors. Good luck finding more data, if you do, please post it.

What glue do you recommend for installation on steel?

What is the maximum voltage or current that can be used across these gauges?

Usually this type of strain gauges used with 3 or 5 volts.
