These faucets were nicely packaged and appeared to be a very nice quality and weight! Liked the style very much, but they were just too large for my space and sink size, so I am looking for a similar product, but one smaller in size.

I just wish the faucet head swiveled like the bath tub faucet does. Otherwise it’s stunning.

Beautiful finish and style

The item doesn’t deserve 1 star. I bought it for my basement bathroom so clearly we were barely using it to be aware that the faucet was damage. When few guests started using the bathroom we had a water leak. The renovation company came and “fixed it”. And again and again 2 more times. The fourth time I had a bad water damage on my cabinets floor. The plumber tested and said there is no leak from the plumbing, the plumbing is new and ok but since the beginning I’m dealing with a damaged faucet. Amazon doesn’t want to refund my money. I’m going to small claims and I have my faucet and my cabinet floor paid.

Don’t like the handles, my plumber had a very difficult time installing and it doesn’t feel like a high end faucet. Handles are very loose feeling when turning on and off. The product looks great.

The Kingston product is very high quality. Absolutely love the design and look. It came in right on time and was packaged very well. I was impressed . We’re in the process of building our new home. We’ve took it out and looked everywhere over to make sure everything looked good. I’ll give and update when installed.

Really beautiful faucet and it's a unique find! The company, Kingston Brass, has wonderful customer service as well. I would definitely purchase from them again!

The finish on a single trim piece on the faucet had started to tarnish after just 3 months in service. Customer support was very difficult to establish at the onset and once it had begun, it became confrontational. This was surprising to us considering it was an easily corrected issue. A simple replacement of the tarnished trim piece was all that we were looking for. As it turned out we were not even offered the option to purchase a replacement piece, requiring us to now purchase an entirely new faucet and have it installed. Buyer beware!
