These are absolutely wonderful. What I like especially about them other than the taste, is that they're not breaded, the shallots are simply fried. They are a little pricey, but not really when you consider how much product they probably had to fry to get this yield. Absolutely recommend!

These are soooooo delicious. I sprinkle them on tons of foods for the deep caramel flavor and the nice crunch. I’ve never had an issue with quality and they keep well. It’s also quite a large container so it feels like a good value.

I've never used this before. I've used the Thai roasted garlic for years with excellent results, so I thought I'd try this.It really added a boost to my Jumbalaya. I really enjoyed this! I'll see what else I can use it for.

I bought because I saw a rave in some foodie publication or another. I just love love love onions so I was willing to try. Alas, there is a faint “fake” flavor when eaten raw—for example, as a topping. However, if given some time to hydrate in melted butter, for example, I found it acceptable in my morning eggs. Still, I’m using it up and not buying more.

What a way to finish a dish! Always have love crispy onions but these fried shallots are a must have for your pantry!

These little fried shallots are so much tastier than fried onions. They are crispy and the flavor is more intense. I'll keep buying them for salad toppings, pizzas, and burger toppings.
