Custom Made To Measure Real Wooden Venetian Blinds with strings (50mm Slats) (Caramel Oak, Up To 180cm (Width) x Up To 120cm (Drop))

So I have bought two of these blinds now, one for my bedroom and one for the front room. These are perfect. I went with the black colour and they are lovely, nice solid slats with a little bend to them so they don't break or bend easily, but absolutely beautiful. They really bring the rooms together. Bit pricey yes but definantly worth the money Fits nicely if you measure correctly Perfect

Solidly constructed and good blind opening and tilt mechanism. Only minor comment is that blind is cut to size from a larger stock blind so the ends of the slats are not the same colour as the blind. Otherwise very good.

The size was very accurate and fit the window perfectly. The design is simple and clean, which I really like. There are many colours to choose from, but I went with the classic white and it looks great — very versatile and easy to match with the room. The price is also very reasonable for real wooden blinds. Delivery was quite slow though — I ordered on 31 December and it didn’t arrive until 12 January.

Ordered blinds from this company twice before - good blinds, good price. Ordering this time for a bedroom and placed the order for two blinds at different sizes (112cm x 120cm and 67cm x 120cm). Ordered on the 19/04/23 so when by the 05/05/23 I still had not received the blinds I contacted the company who apologized and sent (after reconfirming sizes) a replacement (they say replacement but looking at the courier website they were never sent in the first place). Blinds eventually arrived on the 12/05/23 only to discover the wrong size blind has been sent (72cm x 120cm instead of 67cm x 120cm). Contacted the company (sent picture - as seen above) and to date have received no reply at all despite numerous attempts to contact them using a variety of routes (including Amazon customer service - useless). I now am £200 out of pocket with two useless blinds and where I was planning to use the same blinds over the house to complete the look I now have a glaring empty window. Such a shame, British company who do not know the meaning of customer service .... Beware !

Perfect fit to measure. I will be using these again and amazing quality. Easy to fix, make sure you measure prior, at least twice prior to fitting

Work as should

Disappointed in the quality. On one edge of some of the slats the paint is chipped away, poorly cut/finished. There are no plugs with the screws. There was 2 black patches on the underneath of the header, serving no purpose, which look ridiculous on white blinds. The pelmet is cut square on one side and angled on the other side so the side pieces of the pelmet look a poor fit. The slats at the top are noticably shorter in length than the slats at the bottom of the blind.
