I recently switched to this canola oil from regular refined oil, and I can actually notice a difference. It's much lighter and doesn’t feel heavy after eating, which is something I really appreciate. The taste is also quite good—better than coconut oil or refined oil in my opinion, especially for everyday cooking. So far, I've used it for sautéing, deep frying, and even for making parathas, and it works well. Overall, I’m happy with the switch and will continue using it.

Jivo has once again done an impressive job by bringing to us this canola oil at an affordable price which I hesitated before to buy because of its high price. This vegetable oil is known to be one of the healthiest oils pressed out of rapeseeds and is favoured for its versatile usages from dressings, sautes, frying and also baking. So I am glad that I could finally add it onto my kitchen shelf to apply it into my various cookings from savouries to sweets without worrying much about how much it would cost me if used lavishly on a regular basis. The only difficulty I faced was to break the seal under the bottle's lid which basically requires pulling up the inner ring. So I had to use a blunt knife to tear through the seal and create an opening in order to avoid any abrupt accidental spillage that could happen by applying an extra pull force. But, sooner to doing this, I realised that the entire cap of this bottle was made out of a very soft plastic due to which it wasn't willing to snap-open when the ring was pulled upwards and also began to stretch inwards when I forced the knife's edge in. Therefore, deducting a ⭐ because of this. But being diverse in incorporating it almost everywhere, for me it conveniently becomes vegan friendly. And to add to its further advantages, this odourless oil has got a high smoking point to which it turns out perfect for smoke free frequent deep fryings. So, during these heavy raining nights to satiate those random munch cravings, alas, I can indulge guilt free to some degree in this year's wild monsoon for being in good hands of this oil's health benefits.

First time when ordered I think I got the original canola oil.. And the colour was light yellow. Second time ordered I got little bit different one. The colour is dark yellow. I doubt whether this is mixed with mustard oil. Mustard's light smell is also felt. Next time will not buy this brand.
