This cervical traction device does stretch the neck, but I have doubts about its overall effectiveness for long-term pain relief. If you have ongoing neck or spine issues, it’s better to consult with a physical therapist. I’ve spent quite a bit of money buying various home remedies, but the real solution for most spine pain comes from a combination of physical therapy, strengthening exercises at the gym, and maintaining an active lifestyle. This device might offer temporary relief, but it’s not a replacement for professional care.
