I had C-19 but not too badly. I caught it at the same time as teo or three others. I started taking this straight away along with a few other things and I recoved very fast and with no sign of long term issues.I'd also suggest you consider this if only for a short period if you are middle aged or older as it might help manage your energy level. Do your own research, there is much info out there in the healthspan/lifespan community.

I have been taking these Vegan supplements for about 10 days now, not sure if l am feeling any benefits as yet, although, l do have a bit more energy, but l am on a Summer break too, so not at work.I ordered these tablets as they claim to be good for boosting longevity and cognition they also say they are senolytic drugs, which l am reading about, another reason for ordering them was they mentioned autophagy which l am aware can only be produced whilst fasting which l have done quite a bit of in the past with intermittent fasting, doing a 16-8 , 18-6 for weeks at a time, and l did find it beneficial for my well being as its great for giving your internal organs, liver kidneys etc a rest drinking water and doing omad (one meal a day) was beneficial, but l can't find anything to support the benefits of autophagy with these tablets and wonder how they work with that?Anyway, l will finish the course and edit my review accordingly, its nice to see they are Vegan capsules and do not contain any animal geletine, instead they use semolina, and the packaging is biodegradable.

In theory these are anti inflammatory and anti ageing - for me, having finished the whole package I can’t see / feel any change - I always look in to whether the brand tests their products and where they’re made so I was happy with the quality, I just didn’t feel the benefit. Small enough to swallow easily and no horrible smell or taste on the plus side

Fisetin is one of the most important senolytic compounds out there. It is important to use this in high doses for short periods and possibly not to take it continuously. This is what I do, and it seems to work when coupled with other things such as vegan diet and Keto diet and exercise. These are not medical claims, I follow quite a lot of biohackers out there and do my own reading and research. That's why.Always consult with your doctor.Also eat a lot of strawberries 🍓 as they're somewhat high in fisetin.

It's too early to know if this supplement is going to make that big a difference in my life, but it's refreshing to find a product that's so filler free, and one that comes (for once) in a re-sealable pouch that opens easily and can be closed up again without any trouble. After about a week of use, I feel a little brighter, less tense and not so prone to needing a nap. I intend to stick with fisetin for at least three months, to see where it takes me.

Not an expert on this supplement but that seems of fair value.The container has a much better reseal than many I have come across and is very easy to reseal. It seems to work almost like velcro. I have tried to show in the photos.The supplement:This is considered a bioactive flavanol and it's commonly found in some fruit and vegetables.I would recommend doing your research to ensure it's suitable for you, but what I will say is that I found this one a bit harder to research than others. It's considered a "Senolytic Antioxidant" which can apparently help to remove senescent cells (that are deteriorating).I have never come across this before, it's a very new area of personal research, but I am finding it really intriguing indeed. Quercitin I have noticed is mentioned similarly - but again, I am not an expert in this field.Occasionally you come across a supplement or area of research that makes you think - this might be one of those in a few years everyone will be taking.
