We have a kitty cat who literally inhales his food. This mat is great to smear wet cat food on in all the nooks and crannies to slow down the cats who inhale their food ;-) Durable, colorful, cute shape and dishwasher proof.

I absolutely love these lick mats. I got them for my first cat as a kitten for when he got neutered. Knowing he wouldn't be able to lick himself for a week but he could still get the sense of it with a treat or food and a lick mat.I then started using the mats with my new kitten who eats faster that my cat. I love that they are easy to use and easy to clean. In the summer, I'll mix a churu with some water, pour it into the lick mat and freeze it so my cats have a cool treat on a hot day. I highly recommend especially for indoor cat owners!

Solo con este bendito plato logramos que nuestro gato que come como si no hubiera comido en días, se tarde un poco más en comer su alimento húmedo (igual deja limpio este plato, no imposibilita la alimentación) y le de chance al otro de acabarse el suyo en plato regular (a velocidad de gato normal).Funciona mejor con alimento tipo paté, pues el de trozos no se mete bien en las cuencas, ya que no son muy profundas, pero igual ayuda a esparcir el alimento.Lo lavamos con cepillo, agua y jabón de platos, y ha durado ya bastante y sigue como nuevo.

I noticed these for dogs first and was very happy to see they had them for cats. This has definitely slowed down my hungry kitty’s eating. He used to chow down so fast that he’d get hiccups. It’s much better now. I mainly use the green one because it’s easier to spread wet food on it. The blue seems it would be easier for kibbles.
