How does the signature elite differ from the signature?

Hello, the new ES speaker series have new drivers and slight cosmetic changes. They are also voiced a little differently as well.

Tell me these speakers will sound a whole lot better than my Polk tsi200 and a sub. I’m thinking of a pair of these are they worth the difference

They will definitely be fuller sounding. I use a 15 sub with my home theater but they could stand alone.

I cannot remove the red & black plastic to push banana plug. I tried different knives & have done this with many speakers. Is there a trick to it?

I also had a difficult time removing the caps. What I ended up doing, it worked quite well, was to use a very small screwdriver, one that I usually use for small electronics or eyeglass work (Flathead not Phillips of course), and used this small screwdriver to pry out the plastic cap and it worked like a snap.

Very good sound, balanced bass, good imaging with these speakers

These speakers shipped very quickly, ordered Saturday afternoon, delivered about noon the following Tuesday. The packaging was good, no damage despite their size. The important thing is the sound... GREAT sound, and despite the woofers being only 6.5", the bass is excellent, well defined, and in balance with the rest of the range. Imaging is great! I'm VERY happy with these speakers.On the negative side, it is impossible to register them with Polk. You have to pick a particular speaker from a list, for the ES55 only black and white are in the list... mine are walnut. UPDATE!!! Polk Audio Customer Care has gotten back to me and assisted with registering my speakers.Either for your stereo system, or part of home theatre, you'll be VERY happy with these speakers.

Gute Lieferung mit Hermes und sie brachten sie dahin wo ich wollte im Haus. Das aussehen ist für mich volli.O. die Verarbeitung auch und die Anschlussklemmen , mann sollte aber an ein gutes Kabel denken.Ich habemich für Bananenstecker entschieden.Ich bin ein alter Maschinenmann der nicht mehr alle Töne so richtighört , aber ich finde die Höhen und Bässe kommen gut raus , die Mitten könnten besser sein. Ich bin jedenfalls zufrieden und bereue es nicht . Wer einen besseren Hörgang hat wie ich , sollte sich andere holenund noch eine Schippe drauflegen. Für mich war es eine gute Entscheidung. Klingt für mich gut , danke

Beautiful speakers just normal connections to amp not bi-wired etc. lovely toned bass does not overwhelm treble each note sounds just right. Clear separation of stereo and enhanced music on Spotify. Nice solid cabinets. Happy bunny. Get a five 🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇 rating. From me.
