Is this compatible with liquid filled tires? Such as tractor tires filled with calcium chloride (basically salt water).

Can be used if the liquid is at the lower side of your tractor tire. Rotate the tire so the tube stem is at the top. That's how I use it on my tractor.

Does this gauge have a push chuck or a screw on chuck connection?

It has a push on swivelling chuck. It is great and easy to use.

Is this guage designed for Presta valves?

No. The standard Schrader valve

People in the comments say "add a few drops of oil to make it hold". what oil? white mineral machine oil? where? the o-ring? valve? hollow area?

If there is an issue with the pressure holding, it is generally due to small dust particles from the valve stem, being trapped, preventing an air tight seal inside the gauge. Cleaning the spring, clear disc, and black disc will help resolve any issue with the gauge holding pressure.
