I have very fine hair - will this product leave it looking greasy?

My daughter has very fine hair and this can leave it greasy if you don't wash it out properly. We washed her hair twice with tea tree oil shampoo and that did the trick. Greasy hair or not lice clinics of America was the only treatment that worked in our house. hope this helps.
