I think this flat iron is the best one I’ve ever had but, it’s probably the most expensive one too. I normally buy cheap ones. I was initially considering the Vanessa 2” but so glad I got this 1”by Tymo! I researched probably longer than necessary but with all the different features it took some weeding out. What I LOVE about this one is…. The quickness in which it heats up. The fact that it doesn’t have a “switch” to turn it off and on bc lets face it those usually get in the way when you are styling! This product you just wave it on and unplug to turn off (or simply don’t move it for 5 minutes and it shuts off) I love that safety feature too, I famously leave it on and forget about it. I like the digital temp reading. I like the plates on them, they look pretty and the way they leave my hair, INCREDIBLE! Being 56 and my hair recently went thru “the change” so instead of soft free-flowing hair I have stiff, frizzy, dry hair (It didn’t used to be that way). After using this for the first time on unwashed hair I could tell it was going to be amazing on freshly washed and conditioned hair! It didn’t disappoint! It turned my lack luster hair into something soft, shiny and free flowing again! I couldn’t believe how much it did for my hair without burning and breaking my hair! I love that I could get really close to my scalp (where a lot of my frizzy is) and it didn’t send the steam into my scalp burning me! The fact that it does in fact do all the different styles is amazing too! I think it is incredible that it did all the different styling, I was able to get a curl, a wave, and straight on the first use! It truly is a multi-tool for your hair! I’m always a little skeptical with multi-tools either they don’t work, or you don’t need the extra and since I like to style my hair in different ways this thing really is all that! GAME CHANGER! My old iron took so long to get the job done (and my hair NEVER looked shiny and healthy after). Thus, the reason for a new purchase! Since this heats up so fast (I think less than 10 seconds!) and really does the job in one pass (with my hair) I’m so glad I got this 1” I was worried it would take twice as long to do my hair, being ½ the size well it’s the opposite! I get it done in ½ the time bc I’m not having to make so many passes to get my frizz out and can get to the roots! Oh, and I also like that it came with a glove (although some steam can still make it thru) and some clips! The clips are quality plastic not thin break within a few uses I can see me having them for a while, I want more actually! They have a tight spring and really hold a lot of hair back so I can get to the underneath part of my hair. The only negative to this tool is that when opening it I did pinch myself on the end of the iron where it opens, twice actually but not when I was styling just when I was opening the pkg and checking it out, but hey I wasn’t familiar with the tool and once I get more comfortable and control of the iron I don’t see this being an issue at all! I LOVE this thing; it makes me want style my hair more!

Heats up so fast and so easy to use and curl your hair to love this i have friends that bought this after me highly recommend

This flat iron is above and beyond, good price, Heats up quick. I just love it. Does everything it says it's supposed to do. Can't go wrong!!!!

I use a flat iron every day and this one is amazing!!!! It glides right through my hair and there is no pulling or breaking of my hair! It heats up so quickly and I love the easy way to turn it on! Definitely would recommend it to everyone!

I got this flat iron because my other one is about 20 years old, so I figured it was finally time to try something newer. One of my favorite features is the auto shutoff. I’m always paranoid about accidentally leaving things on, so having that feature gives me some peace of mind. I also really like the color. It has a cute and stylish look, and it heats up very quickly. I was hoping the plates would have a super smooth feel, but they don’t. They aren’t bad, just not my personal preference. I tend to like flat irons where my hair glides really smoothly through the plates and comes out feeling sleek and shiny. Overall, this is a solid flat iron. It heats up fast, has some nice safety features, and works well. The plate texture is really the only thing that keeps it from being exactly what I prefer.

Okay!!! Now hear me out! I LOVE TYMO!! This thig heats up in less than 30 seconds and shuts itself off thankfully! I have wavy hair, decently thick and a little below my shoulders. I love this! It's super fast, so easy to use, straightens my hair fast and leaves it shiney. I had the LANGE and prefer this so much better!!!

Love it gets my hair super straight in just two passes get hot very fast no air time.. great if your running late

Love this! I’m black which I feel is important so you know what type of hair I have. Not 4C but it’s textured. It worked really well. Gets really hot but I was able to get a good result on 350 and I only needed a pass or two! Hair is so wonderfully smooth! It glides like butter. Looks really pretty with the pink and rose gold. It came with the heat protectant gloves also which I wasn’t aware of but it was a plus. I’m giving it 4 stars though because it pinched my skin a few times which I read was a complaint for some. But now I know to be more aware! I also was confused by it not having an on/ off button so still trying to figure out if I let it turn off by itself or do I just unplug it. For now, I just unplugged it! It really is worth 5 starts though! I plan on collecting more of their products. I have the stylux and I want the curl pro! It’s worth you money just make sure you don’t pinch your skin! 🩷

Heats fast and is hot. Great for all hair types.
