The MD5411 is designed and only for Sonos One, One SL and Play:1 which is not compatible for vizio.

The SB46514-F6 rear speaker has a dimension of 3" x 6.52" x 2.67" weighing about 1.29 lbs. with rear bolt hole for mounting which is compatible with the MD5401 and MD5402 stands.

The MD5411 is specailly designed for Sonos One/One SL/Play:1 and will not work with any other speakers.
Here we recommend MD5401 and MD5402-2 which will work with Vizio v51-h6 speaker and might be back in stock on next week.

is the clamp adjustable? my speaker is 6.5 tall

Yes, it's adjustabble and the model MD5411 is designed and only compatible for Sonos One, One SL and Play: 1. 
There're two slices on the top plate for the Sonos speaker bottom slots which will not fit other speakers.
