does this camera has a pan and tilt system?

my set is lagging with motion and noises. How do I fix this?

Rich - The VTech VM818 is not expandable. The baby monitor will only work with the devices it came with. You may consider getting the VM818-2, which comes with 2 baby units. Thank you!
