Works great. I’m taking 200mg daily 2-3 hours before sleeping. It’s working great, zero stress and great alertness. Please don’t take 400mg as it made a bit zoned out. Strictly stick to 200mg/day. Great product.

I recently went through a heart break and i wanted to heal with the help of science and chatgpt suggested I take this. a few days ago i had seen this on twitter for good mental health, so i ordered, got it delivered yesterday, so since morning yesterday i was feeling extremely sad and depressed and an hour after taking this supplement i felt extremely calm and normal. Even today morning I woke up with a sinking feeling, but I took this on empty stomach and it's been 2 hours now and I feel soooo good.
