This gadget is amazing and made my project so much easier.

It's mostly good, the unit shuts down pretty quickly, if you're doing something with the laser you'll be turning it back on every 4 minutes or so (or the angle finder). Readings are not super repeatable, snap it on the same surface and the reading will change 0.05 or 0.10 degrees, even two units side by side often read 0.05-0.20 different, but most of the time it's close enough, just don't expect this to be a high precision device, but it's probably find for the hobbyist.

Very handy and accurate. Would be nice if there was a way to attach it to drywall or concrete. The magnet works great for metal studs. Leveling picture frames is a breeze. Just place the level on top of the frame and mark your marks.

I found this on AMAZON PRIME for less money that at Home Depot or Lowe’s. It works as advertised. Reading angles are fast and accurate and you do not need a level. Very nice tech for the current time.

Very handy once you get to use it. I used it to check slope of driveway using the laser and a ruler. Next will use it to grade machine shed to prep for cement floor.

When it worked, it would get five stars. It would tell you within .5 of a degree what the measurement was. But it was sometimes tricky to get it into the correct mode. This has two modes: Laser level, and angle checking. I know the directions told me how to get to each and it seemed to work fine the first time I used it. I was checking the angle of a saw blade. I could put it on a surface, press zero, and then stick it on another surface to see if the saw was at 90 degrees. Ever since then, it has the problem I find most maddening in these little gadgets--the buttons would sometimes not react. Trying to make it reset to zero it might take numerous presses on the small button. I have turned it off and then on again a lot of times to start over. I will say that the USB charge has lasted a very long time, even when sitting unused in a drawer. It is not the kind of thing I use every day. I have other battery powered measuring tools that have the batteries die in between use.
