Out of the box, the components and material all look and feel top-notch, well-made, and durable. It took about 15 minutes to unbox and assemble. It's everything you'd expect from an ergonomic desk chair. Fully adjustable height, armrests, recline, etc.The one thing that really stood out for me is how comfortable and thick and plush the seat is. It is the thickest and most comfortable seat I have ever come across. At a whopping 4" thickness, my bum and back literally never tires from sitting in this chair.Love it.
