I just got a black, size medium. It weighs 8.0oz exactly (weighed on an accurate USPS scale). This will be nice when backpacking and I just need a little extra warmth. Typical 200 weight fleece that I wear in the winter would be closer to 12-14oz.

No mine has worn well and is very comfortable.
