This product works great for me!
Allergy season is here so I am ready for it with my tried and tested Flonase! I really like the fact that the Sensimist is non irritating and has no taste but still works as good as original Flonase!

Works for my family so well!
Flonase has worked so well for many years for my family. I selected this one for the best buy with the mist spray. We get relief from mist Flonase.

Have a cat with asthma? This might work.
I don't have any affliction that would call for this product, however, my cat does. She has bronchial asthma, which my vet believes is environmentally-caused. For the past two years, my cat has been given depo-medrol shots for her condition; shots that I've been told would likely lead to diabetes and ultimately, heart failure. It seems my cat's only options were to stop breathing entirely or die of heart failure from treatment. Pretty grim. To be clear, I've brought this cat to four different vets seeking alternative treatment methods (not including late night trips to the emergency clinic when she'd have brutal asthma attacks) and they all seem to agree on her initial diagnosis of asthma and the treatment of depo-medrol. Recently, her latest vet suggested that I try this product in lieu of the depo-medrol shot as it's a much less severe steroid. I'm pleasantly surprised to say this actually works. THIS ACTUALLY WORKS! At first, I would make efforts to be sure the spray landed precisely in her nose but it's become second nature to me now. I just hold the scruff of her neck with one hand and spray near her nose with the other. It works just as well as immobilizing her completely, especially since she seems to have learned it helps her condition and she doesn't struggle as much. NOTE: results are not immediate. It takes 20-30 minutes for my cat's breathing to return to normal. Relief lasts anywhere from 6-24 hours. I've only had to use this unit once since I bought it last month. Albuterol sulfate couldn't do for my cat what this product does: provide long-term relief from feline asthma. UPDATE 02/16/18: It's been 13 months since my cat's last depo-medrol shot. Before Flonase, she required a shot every six to eight months. The Flonase has been needed about six times in the past six months and it has never failed to clear up her attacks. UPDATE 05/27/20: I woke up early this morning to find my cat having a full-blown asthmatic episode. Twenty minutes after a spray of Flonase Sensimist to her face, her breathing returned to normal, as though the event never happened. So this will be my last update on this because I believe I've made my point. I just wanted to chime in one more time to express my gratitude for this product. If not for that one squirt of Flonase, I would have been frantically driving my traumatized cat to the emergency vet at 4am, resulting in horror, stress and vet fees well into the hundreds.

Better than Flonase
Date Purchased/Length of Ownership: 7/8/17 Price Paid: $17.78 -------- | Pros | -------- + No drip + Little to no odor + Works super-well against pollen + Fresh Batch Received: Mine expires ~26 months from the day I bought it + Only have to use it 1x/day + Container doesnโt leak (even if itโs carried in a bag on its side) + Dispenser is easy to use & transport. Lid doesnโt come off in your bag. + (During the acclimation phase) Continues to work even if your nose is super congested + Can be used w/a sinus rinsing (w/o having to start over) + Cured my sinus congestion + watery eyes completely (I can now breathe as if it wasnโt pollen season) + If you miss a dose, you just take your next one (no need to start over w/2 sprays per day) + OTC --------- | Cons | --------- - Takes ~2-4 weeks to reach maximum effectiveness - No generic available yet, so the price is still pretty high --------------- | Notes/Tips | --------------- โ If youโre going to use this with a sinus rinse, wait either A) Do the sinus rinse then wait until your sinuses are fully dry BEFORE using the Sensimist, or B) Use Sensimist then wait at least 2 hrs before sinus rinsing. โ Don't start judging its effectiveness before the 2-week mark. The 1st week will have you feeling like it's not working at all. The end of Week 2 is where you'll start noticing your allergies don't seem as bad for some reason. Week 4 is probably as good as it's going to get.

See Ya' Migraines!
I used to get migraines 2 - 4 times per month. Never did I think it was allergy related because I have a host of skeletal issues going on and those were the more likely culprits what with pinched nerves and all. I've been using Flonase for 3 months now and the only migraine I've had was due to a hangover (because sometimes I'm dumb). PS: Do not drink too much the night before you have to fly - even if those Cosmo-tinis are delicious - just don't do it! Altitude + migraine = torture, and it's not as though a flight is something that can be skipped. I digress. I switched to regular Flonase because it is less expensive than the Sensimist; however, after about 3 weeks' usage I found it to be irritating my nasal lining. From what I've read, the main difference is the main ingredient, a gentler spray from Sensimist, and the lack of alcohol (a highly drying ingredient) and one other ingredient I forget the name of in the Sensimist. I can see how the alcohol may help those with runny noses but I'll just use extra tissues (if I can find them amongst this ridiculous time in history where paper goods are suddenly highly coveted and limited to 1 per household). Flonase's web site doesn't say so, but walrus dot com says, "Flonase contains fluticasone propionate while Flonase Sensimist contains fluticasone furoate." drugs dot com agrees with that difference. I say for the price of $20 if you're experiencing discomfort from allergies, give this a whirl. In my particular case it was $20 well spent as I was losing 2 - 4 days of work each month and I work for myself so when I'm out absolutely Nothing gets done and the work piles up. It's never fun coming off a migraine into a mountain of work. Two little squirts up each nostril each morning is all it takes to stave off these migraines. I forgot to use it one morning and man-oh-man could I feel the pressure built up the following day. I was quite surprised the Flonase was doing that much to keep my head pain at bay. For me this is no snake oil, it's a heavy lifter in alleviating great discomfort from my life. Now it's a matter of limiting myself to 2 Cosmo-tinis (or whatever else) on those nights I decide to live a little.

This Product has Saved Me!!
UPDATE April 2020 and so sorry to speak badly of Amazon because they have had a lot of things in stock I couldn't find anywhere else, but they've dropped the ball on this one. This particular type of Flonase has been super difficult to find in stock on here. What is available shows prices that are now double and for less ounces of product. I don't know about everyone else, but I'm limited to what I can spend and I need this stuff. My local BJs store has you beat Amazon, both on quantity and price. I got a 3 pack of this Sensimist, each bottle with 120 sprays for $43. That comes out to about $14 each. I'm letting people know that Amazon is allowing exorbitant prices to be charged for this item. THAT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED!!! Good way to lose business and this needs to be stopped immediately!!! Shame on you guys!!! ENT doctor tested me January 2019 and determined I have severe allergies, all of them seasonal and environmental. He recommended that I use this spray everyday along with a daily dose of Claritin. I used this until last October, then I stopped, thinking the seasonal allergies were over and I would be ok until next spring's pollen season. Big mistake! I started having bad sinus problems again right after I stopped using this. I'd wake up in the middle of the night not being able to breath at all and the days weren't much better. The congestion then kicked my headaches into high gear. I ordered this right away and within a week everything has improved. I wake up in the morning rested with no congestion. My headaches have greatly improved as well in that the allergens have less of an ability to trigger them. I can tell if I've forgotten to use this during the day, so I rush to use it the second I remember. My only complaint is that it kills my sense of smell by about 75%, but I can live with that. The congestion and the severe headaches are a far worse problem. Also, continued use of nasal sprays like Afrin can damage your throat over time and are highly addictive. This product doesn't run down the back of your throat like those do and this is only needed once a day. Recommend if you have a severe sensitivity to allergens!!!

Sent free is the only way to go
This is the one that Ent recommended has worked in the past for me for seasonal allergies. Great value for the money does not have a smell as this is the cent free version.

Love this!
Sensimist is no drowsy and you donโt get the medicine pooling in the back of your throat. Lasts all day. Good value.
