No Issues
No issues. Exact replacement of existing relief valve on furnace. Works well (no leaks) with teflon tape - no need for pipe dope. Word of advice... Unless your furnace is pristine, I wouldn't flip the relief valve lever after installation to test the valve. Any crud in your furnace water might work its way into the valve and cause the valve to leak, and then you'd have to flush the valve or clean it. I'm not saying to never test the valve, just leave it for your yearly maintenance.

Works!
I replaced my valve. I don't know how old my old valve was. Not that old, I would think. My old valve started dripping last year, about 12 oz per day. The guy cleaning my fuel jets, told me he could replace it for $800. I said no. It increased it's leaking to 48 oz ever 2 days. Then, a cold snap hit this week, and my boiler is running hard. The valve started leaking 48 oz every 30 seconds. I bought this valve with same day shipping and fixed it myself in less than 15 minutes. I don't know how long this will last. But who cares? If I get 1 year, or 10, it cost 25 bucks. It looks quality, and has some left to it.
