This replacement trimmer head was amazing. My old trimmer head worn out and I needed a reliable solution for my Husqvarna 128LD. This trimmer head was extremely easy to replace and it works good for this model. It took less than 5 minutes to replace and highly recommended for the money and quality. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a replacement trimmer head for this model.

Fit perfect and works like it should. No issues

This replacement trimmer bump head fits perfectly on the first try for models KST 140XB-06 and older (the all black body trimmer). It was super easy to put on, too. All you have to do is stick an Hex key into the top of the trimmer head hole (not the ones on the sides that are for grease) and slowly spin the bump head until the Hex key falls in and locks the head. Now you want to undo the head off of the thread by turning it clockwise (you'll feel it loosing up when you're doing it right) until it completely comes off. Make sure you hold onto the metal plate that's in between as your removing the trimmer head. Once it's off all you have to do is spin this replacement head on and you're done. It really is as easy as I describe it. There's a video on youtube that shows how to do it if you're not sure but this 1000% fits the Kobalt 80V weed whacker with no problem and fits perfectly.

These are very durable and last about a year, which is also a good value. Very easy to replace and use. Husqvarna helps make your yard look great. I would recommend this weed eater to anyone and this bump and feed assembly replacement as well. They make quality equipment.

Perfect factory replacement and well worth the money. Worked great for my trusty ole 227L Husqvarna trimmer.

On my 128LD, it just screwed on like the old one screwed off. Installed wiret is nicer than the spool I have been using for decades, haha. Once I use the other half, I'll upgrade to this stuff.

This head comes with 2 other sets of threads to interchange to fit your weedeater. I popped off the blue bump button, removed the spring and switched out the metal threaded piece. I put it back together and it works perfect! My old trimmer head wore out after approx 10 years of use.
