Had it a year now and velcro still working. Use it most days. Stretching on one side but still working ok.

I'm just recovering from a lower back injury and bought this to replace an ageing belt bought in Lidl that served me well. This belt does not cover as much of my back, but the area that it does cover is definitely helped. The belt has an inner velcro grip that holds well, even when sitting. The outer velcro sections are elasticated and depending on how much you pull on each side, they grip well and vary the feeling of support. I tend to slacken these off when sitting. There doesn't appear to be much in the way of additional support at the rear of the belt so I guess this will only be useful where only minor support is required.

I found this very helpful during my injury. My chiropractor recommended it to me and I have not been disappointed. Strong elastic, adjustable, good quality Velcro. Very helpful for supporting the lower back muscles and spine. But, don't attempt to wear it in the airport - they make you remove it - which, take it from me, is an embarrassing experience!

Bought this for my husband, who has worn a back support for many years when working. This was a replacement, but he states that the support is good, but its uncomfortable and feels sweaty as the material isn't breathable.

Got this to help with severe sacroiliac pain after performing certain movements/tasks, and it’s been really useful. I put it on in the correct position before I start, and tight, and it’s really helped prevent agony later in the day.

Only had this for an hour so can’t speak to its longevity but I wanted to share that this helped within around 10 minutes of being on. I started to walk one step after the other as if propelled by motor. Usually after 5 or so minute of sitting down I get the dull ache. Within 30 minutes I’m in agony and have to stand up but that just didn’t happen the dull ache and full on pain never came. For anyone who is on the larger side like me ( C-section jelly belly that overhangs) the plus size one was great. I’m about a size 24 and had no problems even putting round my belly - don’t get me wrong it compressed my stomach uncomfortably ( but that’s not the belts fault that is just because Im overweight ) but it’s a small price imo for what had been years of excruciating pain. Buy it!!
