It's healthy than any other sugar-filled honeys. It's better to buy one bottle at a time because of poor package. This makes it the second time that when I buy two, one of the bottles is broken. I will henceforth buy one at a time.

Very tiny for the price
This is a very tiny jar. 250 gms is 8 ounces but it looks smaller than that. On the label it says 1 lb so that is very misleading. I took a picture of the jar beside a 16 oz mason jar to show the size.
