How long are supposed to sit? Do you need to be covered up to trap the steam?

Hello from Fivona, usually yoni steaming session take about 10 - 15 minutes. Towel can be wrapped around to prevent steam escape however it depends on individual preference

Does it go above the tiolet seat? And hiw much water do you use with this?

Yoni steaming is a procedure where the body should not have any contact with liquid so the water level should be low on the bottom of the seat.
