Great Coffee and Other Energy Drink Alternative
Very good heathy energy drink alternative. This gives me a much more stable release of energy that last throughout the day. I don’t experience any jitters like I do with other energy drinks which is the best part. It also doesn’t upset my stomach. The flavour is quite subtle and would be nice if it was more pronounced but other than that it’s still nice to drink and the effects are perfect for me. Good value for money too, much cheaper than some alternative or a coffee.

Really long lasting with no jittery feeling
I don’t like caffeine drinks on the whole and I choose to drink espresso however this one is different and a slow burn. It’s tastier than others, and I can fit it into a keto diet; it doesn’t affect my seizures which some caffeinated drinks can do, and it helps to combat the zombie effect of the epileptic medication but not in such a harsh way as espressos and doesn’t affect my sleep.Cost wise - on a par with how much I spend making a trip to a coffee shop if I’m out, I guess? I have one of these a day. I don’t need any more. I think it’s reasonably priced but I guess the markup is huge.It’s in a can so I’m hoping it’s environmentally friendly?Around 4 net carbs a can which is my snack quota so this is ideal for me.All in all it works for me. All I drink is this, and a lot of water. And obvs the espresso first thing in the am. Cos I do need a kickstart.

Tastes a little bland, but caffeine content seems good!
To be honest I was disappointed by the taste—the apple and raspberry just tasted a little bland, almost empty—not overly appley, or overly raspberryish!I did feel sharp and alert after drinking it, but didn't enjoy the drinking as much as I had anticipated. There are other energy drinks with a sharper taste.
