Been using this product since 3 weeks and liked the results, but how to refill the small bottle please?

Still using in my first week and can't account for how it is helping with the hair growth yet. HOWEVER, the fact that it comes with a fuss free container pre-filled, and fluid does not have a smell and is not oily is already plus. I don't like strong smells nor oily things on my face. This helps as I don't feel anything as I apply on my eyebrows. Product exactly as seen in picture.
