It's Inexpensive, SUPER EASY to Install, and it Motivates the Older Adults in my Fitness Classes.
I teach live online group fitness classes to older adults who are trying to improve their balance and strength. I like to do things that have an impact on the participants to keep them motivated and committed. I've always told them that it becomes real when they start incorporating the exercises into their activities of daily living. Walk heel/toe along the counter while you wait for the microwave. Do heel raises when you brush your teeth. Park farther away in the parking lot so you can walk more. Take the stairs... Well, having this big reminder in front of them for every class was the perfect thing. It's big enough to be seen, even on their small screens. And it was SUPER EASY to put up. I was afraid getting the one free do-over if I needed it gave me the courage to try it. No probs, Bob! I'm looking for more. I just want to be careful to put up too many and clutter the walls, but they have lots of other saying I want to get. I did get rid of the underline. It didn't help it at all. But it was SUPER EASY to do! :)
