Not worthy of the prize and didn’t remove stains as shown
I got it specifically for stains on our tiles outside that I have not managed to get clean and this had great promises but did not deliver. No results

It worked perfect on the stone tiles that I tried to clean with it.

Does what it says
I used this on porcelain 24x24 1 " tiles and it did a beautiful job. I first used vinegar to clean off the haze after grouting. I let it dry and then reapplied more vinegar as needed and scrubbed until the haze was gone. Then I used the sealant. It did not take long to dry. I sprayed water on it after it was dry and it beaded up nicely. I did not have to reapply the sealant. I would recommend this product, over Thompson's sealant.

A very disappointing product, it does NOT work.
A waste of money. Promises great results but it does not work. Don't waste your time and money.
