Great product for those with DVT problems. I tried other brands before I decided Jobst were for me. I wear them everyday, and will continue buying this brand. I've been using Jobst Compression Stockings for 15 years now..!! Even healthy people could benefit from Jobst. If you fly regularly, read these statistics. Two hundred people die every year after sitting on flights lasting 5 hours or longer. By not moving around, you can develop a blood clot in your lower calf. It seems that when sitting for long time periods your blood starts to pool in your lower calf of your leg and clots develop. The report I read said people land, walk off the plane and drop dead in the terminal. I lived through my DVT, caused from bedrest and no activity while waiting for neck surgery. Once a clot goes up your vein to your lung, from what my doctors have told me, you die in about 5-minutes. Some live, but many die.. Ask your doctor for advice. Great if you need them

These are very sturdy, comfortable compression stockings. The silicon dot band at the top is really comfortable! The open toe makes them a bit easier to put on.

These toeless knee high socks are excellent. I wear a pair of short ankle socks over them to protect my toes from getting chafed by my shoes. The toeless design makes sure my toes aren’t constricted. I like that the top elastic of the sock isn’t too tight - other compression socks I’ve tried have been too tight at the top, even on my thin to average legs. I’ve had them a few months now, and so far they are holding up well / no runs or holes. If you find they are not staying up well, a very sparse smear of body lotion on the skin, in the location where the top band goes around the leg, will help keep them up.

Jobst is the top of the line compression socks. I only purchase Jobst and same with my family members. The quality of the socks surpasses the others in the fit, colors, and sock material. They wash by hand beautifully and I have put in a garmet bag to wash in the washing machine and hang to dry. Both cleaning procedures work great. Stick with Jobst and you will not be disappointed
