Absolutely lovely in feel and color. Easy to spin, even for a beginner.

I'm just learning to spin and bought this because of all the great reviews. I opened this box brand new at a veteran spinning group, and the lady who was getting me started had to take it around to everyone else because it was so smooth and soft. My first picture is my first bobbin (yay me!!) And the 2nd is my 3rd one.

I weighed the wool. It weighed 15.4 ounces not the 16 ounces advertised. How do I get the shorted amount? And if order another pound of fiber will it be the correct weight? Other than that, it is beautiful fiber that arrived on time.

This wool is a dream to work with. I have been able to spin fine, worsted and chunky weights. The finished product looks like a "jersy" grey, so it is an amazing "neutral" color that will go with anything.
