Cool concept on a cup
The glass came either very dirty requiring I scrub it thoroughly inside and outside to prepare for gifting. It did not come wrapped in tissue but sitting inside a cheap looking cardboard box. After cleaning the glass, it was a little bit more clear but I think the quality of the class is not very high and which gives it a cloudy look in areas where there is no itching from the letters

Broke on second use
On the second use, I was enjoying a maple spive old fashioned. After about 10 minutes, I picked up the glass to take a sip and the top part just broke off from the bottom. Needless to say, my drink went everywhere. There is not a return option for "it broke while using", so I may use another reason to return it.

Was loving it but...
The esthetic of this glass is amazing, but after using it 4 times (only used on special occasions, had for 2 months) bottom of glass just gives and falls off. Was having dinner with family from out of state and as I'm drinking this the bottom just falls off zero warning. Thank God I didn't get cut because that is a clean break and the glass is like a razor. I only hand washed this glass and never put it in the machine, even had its own spot in a my cabinet away from any other glassware. Just a strange thing to happen, but apparently I'm not the only person this has happened too. Hopefully will get a working replacement, maybe just a bad batch.

Love it the glass but breaks randomly
Glass looks awesome. Love the script around it. Unfortunately it’s twice now the glass has separated from its base. They were great to replace it free of charge but it happened again. I hand wash it very carefully and place it down on my bar softly then a few minutes later I heard a snap and went to pick the glass up and it seperated cleanly from its base. Now the second time I hadn’t touched the glass in a week and when I went to pick it up it came right off the base. Hard to keep replacing them when they only last a few uses.
