Love love love!
Fits the mattresses we already had, top bunk can hold my weight and my daughter so around 110KG altogether. Perfect use. No sticky out bits so I guess you could say it's comfy? Looks great! Definitely right value for money however flat pack seems to have a new level, every single bit you see comes separate and you have to put it together, it does come with an Allankey and screwdriver end but no chance of doing this in 1 day without a drill!

Terrible quality
I have been putting together furniture and kitchen for years but this is the worst quality I have seen so far. Lowest quality materials, holes drilled wider than the screws, softest wood used, and the most awful plywood. The screws will either crack the material, or will not hold at all, nothing in between. A bed for £500 came with hinges from 1926 that cost a pound per the dozen. I'm just speechless! If I didn't have all the extra screws of all different sizes and the machines to put the bed together, I would have probably needed to pay a joiner to assemble the bed. The only reason I'm not returning it is because my son fell in love with the look the moment he saw it on Amazon. If I knew what the quality is, I would definitely not have shown it to him in the first place. Wouldn't recommend this even to people I despise!

Amazing
This product is a great price for what you get. Very sturdy. Quite easy to assemble and provides you with space for three people to sleep comfortably. There is also a huge amount of space under the beds that if used well can mean you can house three children comfortably and all their belongings a small room. I am really happy with this purchase.

Good quality but instructions need some work
The product is of high quality and was delivered promptly but the instructions need some more clarity. Since this bed is reversible, meaning you can have the ladder to one side or the other the instructions need to indicate type 1 and type 2 earlier in the steps. It is easy to build the bed the wrong way round because of this, meaning you then have to undo the majority of the bed and start again to correct this should you wish to do type 2. I would advise anyone buying this to look ahead in the instructions before starting. Or maybe the company could make two separate instructions for type 1 and type 2 to avoid this confusion. Otherwise am happy with this product as its good value for money and looks great.

Brilliant bed
I bought this for my three year old and he loves it! He will sleep on bottom bunk with his older cousin on the top when he stays. Following instructions is easy enough but took quite a few hours to build! Worth it though. Slide is a little steep so kids will come down fast! (This may not be an issue for older kids). Overall really impressed with the bed and would recommend.

Loved it but disappointed
Amazing looking bed but unfortunately at first recieved damaged parts and on request replacement was sent but that too was a little damaged as paint was stripped off. Giving 3 stars a customer service was good but would not be buying large furniture from amazon anymore.

Poor quality, poor instructions,
I'm a mechanic of over 20 years for context, wasnt impressed by any means, instructions were dire, components were either poorly numbered or misnumbered had to basically figure it out by myself, very easy to put components on wrong eg 180 degrees out as there was no context in the drawings as to their orientation, poorly finished ideally it really needed painted with Frenchic to finish it properly, parts were often incorrectly drilled or machined had to drill out at least half a dozen fixing points to allow components to seat properly also one of the steps wasnt drilled properly and split when screw was tightened, had to fabricate new step piece,Said 4 hrs to build took me 6, lots of swearing, 4 cups of tea and a seat in the fresh air to stop me turning it in to kindling
