Very powerful cleanser
Works great for acne, but really powerful and can cause irritation, so I just leave it to a few times a week. I'd been using it for many years but then switched to cerave because it's a bit more gentle but has the same effect, but this is the closest I've got to a medical grade facial cleanser but over the counter. Just note for UK purchasers, that it comes in German packaging (which I don't mind)
