Great budget option. Good sound and great attenuation.
These work very well. Bought for my kids to go to a concert, but I tried them myself and I think they are comparable to my custom made Emtech musician’s earplugs. They are a bit squishy so it takes a little maneuvering to get them solidly in the ear, especially on a child, but they attenuate very well and everything sounds great. Highly recommended for a budget option, and since these come with two pair, it’s a no brainer.

Works *exactly* as intended
I've never tried any other hi-fi decreasing earbuds (have only used foam and silicone plugs) so I don't know if they're as good as bigger and more expensive brands. However, these work SO well. First of all, these are not advertised as noise cancelling so please don't expect all sounds to be blocked out. The goal is decreasing the amount of high fidelity waves that hit your ear drum. I wore these to three concerts and a club before leaving this review and here are my take aways: 1) yes the music is loud but just as clear as your average recording (so, not a polished studio sound but also please consider the quality of equipment the bands are using...these are noise reducing, not audio enhancing). 2) in a variety of settings (see below) I was able to hear clearly and have conversations with the people next to me, hear the music, AND my ears didn't ring at all after. 3) I have average sized ear canals and these fit perfectly. They go in and out easily and I experienced no discomfort after wearing them for at least two hours at a time. 4) Great product, you get two pairs, and a carrying case **with a lousy rubber ring that falls off so only unscrew the case with it upright** (see image) If you haven't tried hi-fi reducing earbuds before and don't want to spend too dollar, please consider these. More about how I used them: The first concert was a black metal show at a very small indoor venue and I was one person away from being in front of the stage. Was it still loud because there's an amp in front of my face? Yes. Did my ears ring after the 2 hour show? Not at all. The next concert was also a black metal show but this time the indoor venue was more spacious. I started out a ways away from the stage but ended up being right in front of it. Loud? Yes. Did my ears ring after? No. I saw Heilung in a huge indoor auditorium and I was a little more than half way back from the stage so, a good distance. This musical group uses drums, flutes, strings, and other instruments but they really cranked the volume up for that show. Was it loud? Very, actually. Did my ears ring? Nope. Lastly, I went to a night club for Halloween... Same deal, enough said.

Does the job, buy better stuff out there
Four starts for me. Recommended protecting your ears at shows with loud music. Unfortunately these for me are not the best.

Protect your hearing!
Protect your hearing! At first, I was a bit skeptical with how cheap these were compared to Eargasms and Loops, but these were definitely worth every penny spent. I bought these for this year's EDC in Las Vegas (my first time), and they were great! They were comfortable enough to wear the entire night. At first, I didn't think they were in right because the music from the stages was so clear, but talking them out showed how much they were doing. They fit pretty snugly, and only needed minor adjusting throughout the night. They seem durable enough, since they only needed some slight cleaning. The filters are removable, so you can change them out for heavier duty, or lighter ones depending on the situation. They might be compatible with Eargasm Filters, but I don't have any to check with. All in all, these were a great purchase, and hopefully the pair I have will last through another season!

High Pitched Loud Noises = Migraines
When I bought these, I felt a little bit defeated. I'm an avid concert-goer or was an avid concert-goer and big on seeing my nieces and nephews at their games for their sport of choice. Now? Somehow, my brain misinterprets short wave sound. It brings migraines that have worrisome symptoms like sudden onset ataxia (think marionette getting it's strings cut). So, I knew I needed ear plugs to block out sound and allow me to enjoy whatever it is I'm doing. These are awesome. Even though their two different sizes? The smaller ones fit fine but allow for more noise (ie... you get 25% of sound; concerts? 60% if you're near the stage) while the larger ones create a tight seal that blocks at least 90% of sound at say a high school football game. I always have various hearing protection on me when I'm out and about in the world; and, these? I've affixed the handy-dandy metal container to my key chain so that I'm always A-OK if sound starts to cause my brain to glitch. I should mention that I have a pair that are 18 decibel rated. Those are great for concerts with great acoustics and allow me to hear people speaking. I have the foam ones, too. Those are rated for 23 decibel and are cheap. I have a HUGE container right by my keys. Then, if I know I'm walking into what could be a Migraine Trap, I have noise cancelling ear buds. Those pretty much block all noise save for the heavily tuned music I've chosen to help block sound and not ruin FUN. These compare at mid-range. They block more sound than my dedicated concert buds but a little less than the foam ones. If you are getting these for really loud social events, go for it. If you need something to prevent migraines (like me), get these understanding that they block enough for two hours of sound assault but may need a backup foam pair when it wears sound tolerance down. If you're getting these for the firing range to go under your over-ear protection, you'll hear more than if you used the foam plugs under the over-ear sound muffs. I, typically, wear my noise cancelling earbuds with my nearly soundproof ear muffs at the firing range. It can still affect me which is why there's meclizine. I recommend these. Easy to use, wear, clean, and stash.

Exactly what I needed.
I am a DJ and I have always had headaches after performing a set. I was just looking for normal ear plugs when I found these. These are exactly what I needed. Normal ear plugs would not be ideal because I need to hear the music as clearly as possible in order to perform. I recently used them during a 6 hour long gig and they far exceeded my expectations. I had them in for six hours and they did get uncomfortable at any point. In fact, I even forgot I had them in a few times. Plus, I could still hear the event planners clearly whenever they came to me with announcements. I do not write many reviews but I wanted to set the record straight on these. I read a lot of reviews that claim that these do nothing, and I can see why it may seem that way. The difference is barely noticeable when listening to normal sound levels, but I can say without a doubt that these ear plugs do exactly what they are meant to do. Normally after a set that long I would have a pounding headache for hours, but after using these, I had no headache at all. Not only that, the loud volume levels would be uncomfortable and distracting while I was playing. Now with these, the volume level is not distracting at all, so I was able to focus more on my sound mixing. These have been an absolute game changer for me. I will say that they can easily get stuck in your ears if you do not put them in correctly. They are very low profile, which I love, however the first few times I put them in I could not get them out, but I learned that you just have to keep ahold of the little tab that protrudes from the back while you are pushing them into your ear and make sure they are oriented as instructed. Once I did this, they did not get stuck again.

Comfy
Tbh I haven't tried these yet, but I'm sure they'll work in my future concert soon, I'll update when that time comes. Based on the reviews, it really does the work, I trusted everyone who made reviews so if they are cr4p it'll be your fault, haha jk. It feels soft when you have them on your ears, you can hear clearly but obviously you can't hear everything in normal circumstances, now, in a concert that's different, I bet you are not using these for the daily basis, maybe if your work implies a lot of noise or you are a musician, something related to sound in high volume. Update: Works perfectly, amazed by this product because it's cheap for its quality. Now I see why almost every review is 5 stars. After the concert or any other high volume event, you will not have tinnitus, headache or ear pain. You forget you have them on, so comfortable and you'll hear voices clearly at high volume, guitar, bass, even drums. Worth it, you don't have to spend +30 bucks in other earplugs brands, just buy this brand.

Misshapen
This item came with two sets of earplugs. I have smaller ears, so I was hoping there would be different sizes. I couldn’t tell if there were because one set came in misshapen and I have been unable to get it to a usable shape. Now, it is summer so maybe the hot temperatures had to do with this, but either way I’m disappointed. It’s an awfully large keychain to use for just one set of earplugs. They are a bit too large for my ears, but got the job done and were fairly comfortable. I enjoyed a concert where I could hear clearly enough, but had no ringing in my ears.

Worked at the concert. Able to enjoy it.
They reduced sound intensity and didnt distort. We bought before attending a concert. They may not be fancy or robust, but they seemed to work without distortion. That’s what we wanted. I don’t have any feedback on longevity because we just purchased.

Works well with handy keychain container
Works as advertised. Fits very comfortably in the ear and the keychain container to hold them in is very convenient.
