Does the unit over heat up after using a short time?

Since Dec 2019, all the quality components of this unit has been further upgraded and the manufacture recommended run-time has increased to 15 minutes on and 15 minutes off to cool down. We're confident that this gives you more than enough time to detect leaks because this unit is so powerful that most leaks can be found in just 1 minute!

Do you have to shut this unit off after running a few minutes because of overheating??

All quality components were carefully considered when manufacturing this unit and was rated to last much over 10 minutes of constant run time. The manufacture recommended run time for this unit is in 10 minute intervals. 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off for best maintained performance. Since Dec 2019, all quality components were upgraded once more! The usage duration rating has increased to 15 minutes on and 15 minutes off to cool down. This unit is so power that most leaks can be detected in 1 minute!

Bought the unit and it bubbles and oil comes out with the smoke is this because theres to much oil in the unit because I put in desired amount?

This issue has since been completely fixed in the updated 2018 model. All units now have an even greater and thicker smoke output and absolutely no oil coming out. If you find your unit happens to have this issue, contact us and we'd gladly replace your unit with a new one.

How many watts does device use?

The smoker comes with a 10 amp fuse and connects to your cars 12v battery, wattage use would be 120 watts DC.
