L'Occitane is a French brand of high quality. The skin on my body has become disastrously dry, and lotion isn't going to cut it anymore. I once worked for a holiday season in a retail shop for the brand, and I wanted everything it carried. This is a thick cream, rich in shea butter, which is traditionally harvested by African women to support their families. It has a slight floral scent which doesn't last long, and a luxurious feel that helps lock moisture in if you use it after bathing or a shower, while your skin is still damp after a quick towel-blotting. It's a treat that I've come to consider a necessity. I'll cut corners elsewhere. P.S. The hand cream is THE BEST on the market, IMHO. What can I say, I like living large in a small way!

This is simply the best moisturizer!!! I started using this many years ago and always go back to it. It gets moisture into my skin and locks it in. The scent is light and powdery. It's never greasy! I rub it between my palms to warm it and then let the magic happen! It's wonderful on my dry hands and nails. I just love this better than anything I've tried. Don't ever discontinue this formula!! I'm thinking of ordering another so I don't run out!

So this is good quality Shea butter. It is really thick like a paste that melts into your skin as you apply, so a little goes a long way. I would say this is more for scaly spot treatments rather than routine skin care application. If you’re looking for face cream, I would suggest the 25% Shea butter Ultra Riche Cream (same brand) that has a pleasant smell, texture, & works amazing. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I paid $50 for this tub & the container came dented.. it shouldn’t be that expensive if the container is going to arrive like it went through the cream apocalypse.

This moisturizer feels luxurious. It is easily applied.and leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft. There’s a delicate scent, which makes it easy to wear to work (health care). Many years ago a friend had gifted me a L’Occitane lotion, and I was so happy with the product that I started buying it again and again! The cost can be on the higher side, but I rather buy something which has a quality feel rather than a sub par product. If you want to feel pampered and love your skin, this moisturizer will do the trick ☺️

It’s the best. Very moisturizing. Keeps my very dry skin comfortable even in the dead of winter. Not greasy at all. Shower, apply, dress - no waiting for product to be absorbed. Scent is light and dissipates quickly. Worth the exorbitant price.

Come molti prodotti della line L'Occitane è un prodotto validissimo dal giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo. In particolare la crema è molto ricca e piacevole al tatto. Adatta anche a pelli molto secche.

Ein leichte Körpercreme, die schnell einzieht. Ideal für warme Temperaturen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Im Winter ist die gleiche Creme, aber mit mehr Sheabutter vielleicht besser.

Detta är en väldigt odryg creme. Burken innehåller mycket mindre creme än det verkar, p.g.a att burken inuti inte är lika stor som utanpå. För inuti har den en mindre plastförpackning som cremen ligger i. Jag känner mig lurad av att burkens storlek inte motsvarar innehållet. Dessutom sugs cremen in i huden direkt, och huden känns fortfarande torr, så man måste ta väldigt mycket creme varje gång. Jag är besviken på L'Occitane och kommer aldrig köpa denna produkt igen.
